Ideal Candidates
If you are a Red Seal Certified Electrician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field, wiring and finishing high-end homes, and you fall under one of the following categories, then please read on.
You are an Electrical Contractor who has run an electrical business and would like to partner with KYBE to continue managing electricians and projects, with the potential for comparable compensation and flexibility.
You are an experienced Residential Electrical Project Manager who seeks a change and wants to experience what KYBE has to offer.
You are a seasoned Residential Electrician ready to progress your career to an off-the-tools, office-based role, managing projects you are an expert at wiring and completing.

KYBE is an electrical contracting firm with deep roots on the North Shore. Kyle Robertson, Founder and Principal, was born and raised in North Vancouver. Bult KYBE based on the relationships he forged in the construction community throughout the Lower Mainland. KYBE’s reputation is build on providing reliable, dependable and consistent service.
We specialize in custom home new construction and renovations. We work with renowned contractors, designers and architects on high-end projects with passive and NetZero certifications. In the commercial sector, we specialize in Breweries, Restaurants, Office Space and Retail Tenant Improvements.
KYBE’s headquarters are in the heart of the Lower Lonsdale Brewery District, surrounded by many restaurants and breweries, most of which we wired initially and assist to maintain. We hold regular monthly team meetings at this location to discuss safety and the ongoing processes at KYBE. KYBE’s onsite warehouse space is available to all team members 24/7 and creates efficiencies for our projects and procurement of materials.

Your Responsibilities
You will lead a team of Red Seal Certified Electricians, each overseeing multiple projects at any given time. You will have the support of a full-time Project Coordinator for project-based administrative duties including estimating, scope change tracking and change order development. Our Operations Coordinator will be available to assist you with material procurement and product research. KYBE’s Administrator supports all management by arranging permits and inspections upon request and developing all invoices for approval. Kyle, KYBE’s owner, will always be available to support and train you in all aspects of your role.
Below are primary formal responsibilities, though they are not limited to other responsibilities that may arise.
With assistance from other team members and management, you will be ultimately responsible for the Schedule, Budget and Stakeholder Satisfaction of every project you manage.
